We stand committed to your uptime, and we want to prove it. That’s why we created the A26 Uptime Assurance Program. If you are diagnosed with an A26 engine issue and then experience downtime of more than 48 hours, we will give you a $250 credit good for a future parts or service purchase. It’s our way of showing that we know what’s important to you – having trucks on the road and making money.
Only applies to 2017 model year LT & RH Series A26 International trucks
The International® A26 Customer Uptime Assurance Program applies to all International® RH™ Series trucks powered by an International® A26 engine or International® LT™ Series trucks powered by an International® A26 engine sold between August 17, 2017 and June 30, 2018.
Customers must be enrolled in OnCommand® Connection during the applicable coverage period of the Program. Customer is responsible for all initial cost and monthly subscription fees related to the telematics solution. During the Program, customers with a warrantable failure under their applicable International warranty (i.e., a mission disabling service event) that is not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of diagnosis will receive a $250 International Advantage® Card good for future purchases of future parts and service purchases at an International dealership. The forty-eight (48) hour period is calculated from repair order open time to the time of the last technician punch time for such repair order and will be counted consistent with the applicable dealer’s business hours. Program coverage is provided for twenty-four (24) months from truck DTU date. A maximum of eight (8) Advantage cards will be issued per VIN over any applicable twenty-four (24)-month period of the Program. All repairs need to be completed at an International dealership. National Account customers require written pre-approval by Navistar prior to enrollment in this Program. Incentives from this Program cannot be combined with any other program or promotion unless specifically offered in writing by that other program. No modification to Program incentives or substitution for Program incentives will be allowed. Navistar, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify this Program at any time. All sold units ordered prior to Program cancellation or modification will be honored under the original Program provisions.
